RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! We offer FREE exchanges or store credit (no return shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases on all products. Your return must be sent within 7 days of your delivery date with our pre-paid return shipping label. Shipping charge on the original order will be excluded from any store credit issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
We offer exchanges or store credit on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
- Return is sent by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
- The item is in new condition in its original packaging, has not been damaged, worn, washed, or altered.
SHIPPING
Fast shipping within 1-2 business days from California. Orders placed before 12:00PM local Pacific time will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM local Pacific time will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail on the next business day (Mon-Sat).
Free shipping is offered for orders $30 or more.
A flat $3.99 shipping fee will be applied to orders less than $30.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with USPS or whichever courier service was used. AroyFashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
